We want you to be completely satisfied with your TEAMM8 purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and tagged items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in a resaleable, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
